As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice and face of Oleada Electrical, ensuring our customers feel valued and cared for:

Be the first point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service with a smile (even over the phone)

Book and schedule jobs in our CRM system, keeping everything running smoothly

Provide updates and follow-ups with customers about job progress.

Handle inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with professionalism and efficiency.

Work closely with our electricians and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Skills and experience...

Skilled communicator with a passion for helping others

Ability to handle multiple tasks with ease

Experience with CRM systems is a plus (but don’t worry—we’ll provide training!)

Problem solving skills with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn

A passion for delivering exceptional customer service

The ability to work independently and efficiently.
