Casual Fitter – Window Furnishings

Location: Bush's Blinds, Shepparton, Vic 3630

10-15 hours per week to start – more days as we grow

We’re a locally owned and operated window furnishing business, and we’re on the lookout for a reliable and hands-on Casual Fitter to join our team.

This role will start with approximately 1-2 days a week, with the opportunity for more days as business increases. Perfect for someone looking for flexible work, or to pick up an extra day.

What you’ll be doing:

• Installing blinds, curtains, shutters, and other window furnishings

• Communicating with customers on-site in a professional manner

• Working independently or with the owner depending on the job

• Handling tools and ensuring a clean, safe worksite

What we’re looking for:

• Experience with tools and basic measuring (previous fitting experience a plus, but not essential)

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• A strong eye for detail and quality workmanship

• Current driver’s licence and own transport

• Must be reliable, punctual, and presentable
