As a Trainee Pool Installer, you will be responsible for:

Providing general labouring required in the installation of swimming pools and concreting to ensure effective utilisation of team and timely delivery

Providing a high level of quality in all workmanship

Use and care for company equipment within guidelines

Keeping work tools and vehicles neat, tidy and presentable at all times

Effective time management when completing tasks or planning for an installation

Being courteous and sincere towards customers at all times

Displaying a helpful and positive attitude when addressing customers concerns

Celebrating with the customer as each milestone of their dream becomes a reality

About you:

Essential skills/experience required:

A valid drivers licence (essential)

Experience working in a trade background (desirable)

Experience in a client facing role

Experience working with a variety of power tools

Excellent verbal communication skills

Willingness to undertake a police check, health check and alcohol and other drug testing as required

Understanding of and ability to abide by Work, Health and Safety protocols and have Personal Protective Equipment knowledge

Ability to work in a flexible, multi-tasking environment

Responsible, reliable, honest & trustworthy

Preferred skills/experience required:

Construction experience
