About the role

We are seeking passionate, dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team at Kindred Support Pty Ltd in Wodonga, VIC. This is a part-time or casual opportunity to support individuals with disabilities and help them live independently and participate actively in the community.

What you'll be doing

Providing personalised support and assistance to clients in their homes and in the community

Helping participants with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks

Accompanying participants to appointments, social activities, and community events

Promoting participants independence, choice, and social inclusion

Maintaining detailed client records and contributing to the development of participants support plans

Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

What we're looking for

A Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, or a related field (or willingness to obtain)

Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities, either in a paid or voluntary capacity

A genuine passion for supporting and empowering people with disabilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Patience, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude

A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle

A current First Aid Certificate and Police Check
