This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a well-established portfolio of long-term clients, all of whom are in the pre-retirement or retirement phase. The Role

• Understand clients’ immediate needs, long term objectives and level of comfort with risk
• Conduct meetings/reviews with all clients and develop/adjust the overall investment strategy
• Provide quality and trusted financial advice
• Investigate alternative strategies and recommendations and continue to strengthen the relationship with the clients
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of client files and advice documentation
• Provide guidance and technical direction to paraplanners and implementation staff

About You

• Must have 5-8 years experience as a Financial Adviser with a strong interest in working with a retiree client base
• Be passionate about servicing clients and interested in an opportunity for the long term
• FASEA approved qualifications
• Strong compliance, technical knowledge around legislative and regulatory requirements to provide quality advice in the client’s best interest
• An ability to handle a large client book and be comfortable with multi-tasking
• Strong sense of professionalism and a client-centric approach
• Highly motivated with an ability to generate referrals from existing client base
