The business we have partnered with is a specialist in financial advice for both businesses and individuals. With a specialist insurance division and located in North Sydney (close to the station), they are well-established, have an excellent reputation and are in a growth phase.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opening for an experienced and qualified professional who is ready to step into an Adviser position. Support a Senior Financial Adviser and assist with the management of an established and organically growing client base as you grow into the role. Manage client relationships and there is the option to take on your own clients immediately.

The Role

• Provide consistent quality advice and service to both new and existing clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners, other staff members and clients
• Assist with the development of complex advice strategies and recommendations
• Assist with advice document preparation as required
• Be an active team member and contribute your ideas in the growth phase of this business
• Attend new and existing client meetings - HNW accumulators, retirees/pre-retiree’s etc.
• Attend events, trips to various office locations in NSW & VIC, networking opportunities

About You

We love to see applications from enthusiastic and motivated professionals

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial planning
• Ability to develop strong relationships with clients, fellow staff and other professionals including referral partners of the business
• Confident and ready to take on clients
• FASEA Qualified
• Tertiary Degree in a related field (e.g., Commerce or Business)
• Excellent communications skills in all forms
• Sound working knowledge and understanding of Xplan software
• Desire to work with a young, energetic firm with ambitious growth plans and a strong professional network
