Concrete Support Services is seeking an honest, reliable and highly efficient part time bookkeeper to join our busy and energetic team, as soon as possible.

Concrete Support Services is a NATA accredited concrete testing laboratory based in Oakleigh South, that provides highly reputable and independent concrete testing services in the Melbourne area. A highly motivated and quick-thinking individual is needed, with a genuine interest in being part of this team for the long term and making a positive contribution to our growing business.

This is a part time role, Monday to Friday 9:00am to 2:30pm, with the possibility of future growth.

Experience in an accounts role using Xero or equivalent is essential, as well as competence with MS office. A high level of attention to detail and a positive, can do attitude are extremely important. You will be working as part of a team that supports our field testers and laboratory functions so the ability to clearly communicate, work well with others, use initiative and provide support is crucial. You will report to the Accounts Manager and General Manager.

Duties include:

Accounts duties (Xero)

· Accounts receivable

· Checking tester field sheets, follow up missing information

· Preparing invoices

· Email management

· Assisting with payroll data entry

Administration support

· Provide admin support to ensure the smooth operation and function of the business. This may include filing, emailing, scanning, entering timesheet data and various other duties as they arise.

· Accurately enter and maintain data in our systems, ensuring the accuracy of business documentation and records

Mandatory requirements (do not apply if you do not meet this criteria)

· At least 2 years’ experience in an accounts role

· Working knowledge of Xero or equivalent

· Working knowledge of MS Office

· Australian Drivers Licence
