We’re seeking a proactive Bookkeeper to join our team and take ownership of core financial functions—primarily Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll Bank Reconciliations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing the books, streamlining workflows, and ensuring financial integrity across multiple accounts and entities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, including invoice entry, payment runs, and receipting

Perform daily bank reconciliations

Process weekly payroll

Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end reporting

Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies

Navigate financial operations across multiple entities, ensuring consistency and accuracy

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 12 months experience in bookkeeping with a strong focus on AR

Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft excel

Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving

Excellent time management and communication skills

A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement

Experience in a multi-entity environment is highly regarded

Prior exposure to the construction industry is a strong advantage

Relevant qualifications in accounting or bookkeeping
