Our client, a leading asset owner, is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join their newly created development team on a master planned mixed-use project. The Opportunity:
As Commercial Manager you will take the lead of Commercial, Finance and Legal for the project and corporate business. You will be responsible for managing the full commercial lifecycle of the project. You will oversee complex financial modelling, negotiate key commercial agreements, and engage with a wide range of stakeholders to drive project success. This role requires a strategic thinker with a sharp commercial mind and outstanding relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead detailed financial modelling and commercial analysis.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximise project value.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government bodies, consultants, and partners.
• Manage commercial negotiations and contractual arrangements.
• Provide high-level commercial advice to the senior leadership team.
• Monitor and report on financial performance against key commercial objectives.

About You:
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

• Proven experience in commercial management within large-scale property development
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Excellent commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
• Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
