About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced commercial property manager to take over a small, established portfolio of commercial properties.

This is a flexible, low-volume role, ideal for someone looking to scale back, return to the workforce, or operate on their own terms.

What You’ll Do:

Manage a small amount of Noosa-based commercial tenancies (end to end)

Coordinate rent reviews and lease renewals

Handle repairs and contractor management

Maintain owner and tenant relationships

Ensure compliance with commercial lease obligations

Role Details:

Approx. 1-2 day/week commitment

Flexible hours, work remotely or on-site as needed

ABN contractor or part-time employment available

Systems in place: PropertyMe, admin support

Part of a larger team of residential and holiday property managers

Potential to grow into full-time role as the commercial portfolio grows

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in commercial or mixed-use property management

Understands leases, CPI reviews, outgoings, and repairs (or be eager to learn)

Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable with autonomy

Based in QLD (Noosa Shire or surrounds preferred) or remote
