The Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Contract Manager to oversee all aspects of our real estate sales contracts. In this pivotal role, you will manage the end-to-end process of property transactions, from sales advice through to settlement, ensuring every deal progresses smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and track all real estate sales contracts from initial agreement to settlement.
• Communicate effectively with agents, vendors, buyers, banks, solicitors, and conveyancers to facilitate timely progress of transactions.
• Develop and maintain an efficient system to monitor the status of each transaction, clearly identifying next steps to drive deals toward settlement.
• Issue accurate commission bills at appropriate stages of the transaction process.
• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed with precision and in a timely manner.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on transaction progress.
What We’re Looking For:
* A Self Starter who is able to work independently and thrives in a fast paced environment.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively utilising their own initiatives and maintaining high standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in real estate, contract management, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
• Ability to create and maintain efficient systems for tracking and managing workflows.
• Proficiency in , CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Excel.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.
