Your duties will include:

Delivering exceptional customer service

Communicating with owners and tenants, including meeting onsite if required

Develop and maintain relationships with property owners and tenants

Lease renewals

Routine inspections

Outgoing inspections

Issuing breach notices as required

To succeed in this role you’ll need:

A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

Previous Property Management experience

Current QLD driver's licence

Exceptional customer service skills

Excellent communication skills

Exceptional organisational and time management abilities

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving and ability to work independently

Valid driver’s licence
