We are seeking a full time Manager, Geophysics to lead our technical systems, mentor and train our geophysics team, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality geophysical data to clients. This role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on involvement across field and office operations.

About the role:

Lead, mentor, and train geophysicists to meet and exceed company standards.

Oversee survey design, QA/QC processes, troubleshoot issues, and validate final data for multiple projects.

Manage resources to ensure effective project supervision and timely data delivery.

Drive efficiencies in data processing streams, boosting commercial value and supporting new product development.

Provide expert technical guidance on magnetometer systems, handheld and differential GPS, and other survey equipment.

Contribute to technical papers, company presentations, and proposals.

About you:

Tertiary qualifications in Geoscience (either undergraduate or postgraduate)

Extensive geophysics experience with proven leadership and mentoring skills.

In-depth understanding of survey principles, field/office QA/QC, and technical equipment setup.

Strong problem-solving ability and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Commercial awareness, including developing costings and proposals.
