About the Role
As the Manager – FP&A you will manage two hands on management accountants supporting a very proactive and contracts driven division with regular interaction with key internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.

Deliver timely and actionable financial insights to business units to drive performance.

Improve forecast accuracy to support effective planning and business shaping.

Collaborate with the General Manager – Group Finance to develop long-term forecasting and integrated three-way financial models.

Strengthen stakeholder financial literacy by promoting understanding of key financial processes, funding models, and cost drivers

Assist with the roll out of a new ERP to ensure its timely delivery

Coordinate the completion of timely and accurate monthly management reporting including board reports.

Coach and mentor the management accountant in support of individual development plans and functional objectives.

About You:

CA or CPA qualified finance professional with 3+ years FP&A experience

Strong analytical skills and Excel expertise (Power BI highly advantageous)

Ability to add value and enhance reporting with analytical information

Strong interpersonal skills with leadership capability or some experience

Self-driven and passionate about hitting KPI’s for business growth
