About the role

Banksia House Dental Surgery has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team in Maleny. As our casual Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our dental practice, ensuring a positive patient experience from the very first phone call.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional service and patient care

Scheduling and managing patient appointments

Handling patient inquiries and booking follow-up appointments

Maintaining accurate patient records and practicing confidentiality

Performing administrative tasks such as billing and invoicing

Ensuring the reception area is well-organised and welcoming

Assisting the dental team as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or assistant is ESSENTIAL

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong multitasking and organisational abilities

Proficiency in using dental practice management software

Commitment to providing high-quality patient care

Ability to work effectively in a team environment
