The Role & Portfolio

• Full end-to-end claims management maintaining a mixed claims portfolio, physical and psychological claims
• Focused on working in a relationship management manner
• Support the team with training and further enhance your skills and expertise in this sector
• Gain support from Injury Management Advisors/Return to Work, Technical Specialists and Claim Specialists alongside your Team Leader.

About You

• You will be at least an Experienced Case Manager with around 2 + years of experience in end to end claims management
• You will be truly passionate about delivering superb customer experiences and enjoy working towards outcomes with a genuine, caring nature that puts customers at the heart of what you do
• You enjoy stepping up and supporting others with mentoring and coaching and are a true team player
• Tertiary education will be recognised yet not required
