About the Role

As a Senior Case Manager, you will:

Manage a portfolio of complex Injury and Sickness claims independently.

Provide strategic oversight and mentoring to junior case managers.

Engage empathetically with claimants, guiding them through the claims journey.

Liaise with key stakeholders including medical professionals, employers, and insurers.

Contribute to process improvement and team development initiatives.

Key Skills and Experience

We’re looking for someone who brings:

Proven experience in case/claims management within Insurance, Superannuation, or Workers’ Compensation.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong leadership and mentoring capability.

High-level organisation and time management skills.

Empathy, emotional intelligence, and a solutions-focused mindset.
