We are seeking a Marketing officer to lead and grow our marketing efforts, build brand awareness, and attract new patients and referral partners through innovative, strategic marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital, print, and traditional channels

Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians and healthcare providers

Plan and execute social media, email, and online advertising campaigns

Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing activities

Coordinate events, community outreach, and promotional initiatives

Oversee content creation for the website, brochures, and patient education materials

Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials

Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, admin, finance) to align marketing with business goals

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

3+ years of marketing experience (healthcare experience preferred)

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, Google Ads, social media platforms) is a bonus

Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Experience with CRM systems and analytics tools a plus

Knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations desirable
