Our Speech Pathology team provides life-changing support for clients with communication and swallowing challenges, helping them participate more fully in school, work, and community life.

You’ll deliver high-quality assessments and therapy that make a genuine difference — from building a child’s language skills to improving mealtime safety for an adult client. You’ll work closely with a collaborative multidisciplinary team, with the flexibility to remotely manage your own schedule and caseload.

What You’ll Be Doing

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments.

Develop and deliver tailored therapy plans in collaboration with clients and their support networks.

Provide interventions that enhance functional communication and safe swallowing.

Work across community, residential, educational, and clinical settings.

Measure progress using evidence-based tools and adjust therapy plans accordingly.

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master of Speech Pathology

Current Speech Pathology Australia membership

Experience

2+ years’ clinical experience preferred (we welcome applications from capable early-career clinicians with strong supervision support)

Experience working with clients across the lifespan in community or multidisciplinary settings

Strong skills in assessment, intervention, documentation, and client-centred planning

Desirable

Familiarity with client management software (e.g. Splose)

Additional Requirements

National Police Check

Victorian Working with Children Check

Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance

Current Victorian Driver’s Licence

First Aid + CPR certification
