Location: Anywhere in Australia – work from home
Hours: Flexible, starting at 15 hrs/week with potential to grow
Pay: $100/hr for clinical work (plus opportunities for other projects)
About Us
At Network Speech Pathology, we’re passionate about providing exceptional care to adults and adolescents across Australia, no matter where they live. We are a small, dedicated team that thrives on connection, clinical excellence, and a genuine commitment to improving quality of life. Our work is grounded in a strengths-based, client-led approach, whether supporting someone post-stroke, navigating progressive neurological conditions, using AAC, managing dysphagia, or developing literacy skills.
Through telehealth, we break down geographic barriers so regional, rural, and remote communities can access the same quality of care as metropolitan areas.
The Role
We’re looking for a Speech Pathologist who:
Enjoys working with adolescent and adult clients.
Values the flexibility and autonomy of remote work.
Brings warmth, curiosity, and skill to telehealth practice.
Thrives on variety, from stroke rehabilitation to AAC, literacy, voice, TBI, and neurodiversity-affirming practice.
Is collaborative in building strong relationships with families, support workers, and other health professionals.
This is a contractor role with flexibility to shape your caseload around your interests and strengths.
Why Join Us?
$100/hr clinical rate with opportunities to increase through diverse projects.
Work from anywhere, ultimate flexibility and no commute.
A structured & graded start with clear and reasonable targets. KPIs are set based on experience and preference
Commencing with weekly supervision, and regular team case conferences to build your confidence and clinical skills.
Genuine team connection with regular opportunities to attend and present in our monthly PD shares
Encouragement to lead your own passion projects to add variation from your clinical work, such as setting up a virtual aphasia group or dysphagia training across regional aged care homes.
About You
You’ll be a great fit if you:
Hold a recognised degree in Speech Pathology with CPSP status.
Have current professional indemnity insurance, a Working With Children Check (state based), and a criminal history check.
Are (or willing to be) NDIS Worker Screening cleared.
Have your own ABN and Medicare Provider Number.
