Real Talk Speech Pathology is a small, values-driven allied health business providing mobile, in-clinic and telehealth services to teens and adults through the NDIS. The Role

We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist based in Geelong to join us as a subcontractor. This is a fully flexible role where you manage your own caseload, work in your areas of interest, and decide how you deliver therapy.

We provide NDIS referrals for clients aged 15+, but we can also work with you to expand into your preferred client group or specialty area. You decide which clients to take on, how many, and when you see them.

What You Bring

3 years’ experience in the NDIS space (preferred)

Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia

An Australian Business Number (ABN)

Professional Indemnity + Public Liability insurance

NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check
