This role offers the unique opportunity to work on end-to-end Greenfield projects, leveraging Salesforce Messaging, Einstein productivity tools, and advanced DevOps practices to deliver seamless in-app and web chat solutions.

As a Salesforce Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in delivering new solutions across multiple project streams. You'll design and build secure, scalable Salesforce applications that improve productivity, enhance client interactions, and redefine service excellence.
You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, functional consultants, and stakeholders, taking full ownership of your work within a modern environment. This role focuses on Salesforce development, process automation, and integrating Einstein capabilities to create the ultimate service experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Development: Build and enhance features using APEX classes, Triggers, and Lightning web components.
• Process Automation: Leverage Salesforce Flow capabilities to optimise workflows and data handling.
• Messaging Integration: Deliver seamless in-app and web messaging using Salesforce capabilities.
• Agent Console Optimisation: Design intuitive, high-performance agent consoles powered by Einstein productivity tools.
• End-to-End Ownership: Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions in iterative cycles.
• Platform Best Practices: Implement Salesforce development patterns while mitigating platform limitations.

What You Bring:

• Hands-on experience with APEX, Triggers, and Lightning web components.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flow for automation and screen flows.
• Proficiency in Salesforce administration and configuration.
• Familiarity with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
• Bonus: Experience with Salesforce Einstein, service cloud, or messaging architecture.
