The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join our innovative team at Heartburst. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of Dynamics 365 CE solutions for enterprises that demand excellence from technology. Your expertise will directly contribute to our vision of being a recognised leader in IT solutions that positively transform lives. As a senior member of the team, you will take technical ownership of projects, mentor colleagues, and drive continuous improvement in our delivery practices.
What You'll Be Working On
Designing, configuring, and optimising solutions across D365 CE (Sales, Service, Marketing, and Contact Centre).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, evaluate design options, and create detailed technical specifications.
Supporting the delivery of AI-enabled tools and case management workflows.
Leading workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Collaborating with solution architects, analysts, developers, and business teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Take technical responsibility across all stages of the software development lifecycle, planning and driving construction activities while ensuring high standards of code quality.
Assisting with data migration from legacy platforms into D365.
Contributing to testing, training, and change management initiatives.
Supporting system performance, data integrity, and platform security.
Helping embed Agile delivery and DevOps practices across the solution lifecycle.
The Tech You'll Use
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service, Marketing, Contact Centre).
Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI.
Azure DevOps and API-based integrations.
Agile and user-centric delivery frameworks.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience delivering functional solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
Strong understanding of CRM workflows, process automation, and data models.
Experience with Power Platform tools and integration patterns.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills.
Background in education, not-for-profit, or membership-based industries is a plus (but not required).
Familiarity with compliance frameworks and secure data handling practices.
Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
Microsoft certifications are highly regarded.
