The Opportunity
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist at First Page, you’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle. You’ll be hands-on across the hiring process from writing job briefs, sourcing talent, to coordinating interviews and sending offers.
Beyond recruitment, you’ll play a key role in onboarding and offboarding, maintaining our HRIS, and supporting people processes across the business. What You'll be Doing
Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across all areas of the business, including digital marketing, sales, operations, and support.
Write and post job ads, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and prepare contracts and offers.
Partner with hiring managers, department heads, and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and deliver high-quality talent outcomes.
Coordinate onboarding for all new hires, organising inductions and training plans that set them up for success.
Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews, system access removal.
Maintain and update the internal HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Support performance and people processes such as probation reviews and annual reviews.
What We’re Looking For
2 years’ experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, either in-house or agency.
Experience managing multiple roles at once without compromising quality.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and management.
Highly organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
An understanding of digital marketing is a bonus (but not essential).
