Connect, Learn & Grow with Aspire
Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten is a proudly Australian-owned organisation delivering exceptional care and education across Victoria and Western Australia — and soon, New South Wales. Since opening our first centre in 2017, we’ve grown to 34 open centres, with more than 80 additional centres planned over the next few years.
Following the recent appointment of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, we’re now looking for an additional team member to support our rapid expansion. You’ll join a collaborative and supportive team of three, where your work will have a direct impact on our ability to connect talented people with purpose-driven careers.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio covering West Victoria and Regional Victoria, partnering closely with leaders to deliver outstanding recruitment outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What You’ll Do
Lead recruitment across your portfolio – Manage end-to-end hiring for a diverse range of roles, including Room Leaders, Kindergarten Teachers, Chefs, Centre Managers, Assistant Centre Managers, Curriculum positions, Operations staff, and Support Office roles.
Proactively build talent pipelines – Develop and maintain candidate pools to meet current and future hiring needs, particularly in regional and high-growth areas.
Collaborate strategically – Partner with Centre Managers and Area Managers to forecast needs, shape recruitment strategies, and solve resourcing challenges.
Champion the candidate experience – Deliver an engaging and professional process that reflects Aspire’s values and brand.
Support smooth onboarding – Maintain strong connections with new hires through their early weeks to ensure a positive start.
Strengthen relationships – Build trust with stakeholders by providing timely, quality recruitment support aligned with operational goals.
About You
Experience in talent acquisition, internal recruitment, or high-volume hiring.
Comfortable managing multiple sites and competing priorities.
Knowledge of, or interest in, the early childhood sector and related operational roles.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – you connect easily with people.
Highly organised, solution-focused, and driven by results.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
