About the role: Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll provide end-to-end HR and payroll support, including:

• Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding

• Supporting probation and performance review processes

• Processing fortnightly payroll accurately and on time

• Managing employee records, compliance checks, and HR systems

• Assisting with HR initiatives, reporting, and training materials

About you

You’ll bring:

• A Diploma or Certificate IV in HR/Business Administration (or equivalent experience)

• Experience in HR administration and Australian payroll processing

• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality

• Great communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-cultural environment

• Current (or ability to obtain) Police Clearance & Ochre Card

Experience with Employment Hero and knowledge of relevant Awards is a bonus.
