- Managing recruitment from end-to-end: job design, advertising, screening, coordination, onboarding and everything in between
- Interpreting awards, enterprise agreements, legislation and policy, providing practical advice that builds trust and drives compliance
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to roll out projects and initiatives that support engagement, change, and capability-building
- Keeping systems and processes sharp, efficient and compliant through accurate documentation and continual improvement

This is a role for someone who's adaptable, resilient, and thrives in a fast-moving, people-focused environment.
You'll bring:

- Proven generalist HR experience, ideally within government or a complex, multi-disciplinary workforce
- Strong emotional intelligence and a calm, solutions-focused approach to sensitive matters
- Confidence in interpreting industrial instruments and advising at all levels of the organisation
- A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a natural ability to build relationships
What's on Offer
- $90k-$100k plus super Permanent or up to $90 per hour short term contract with extensions
- Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance
