THE CLIENT.
Our client is a highly regarded service provider within the Building and Strata Industry. Their business is built on trust, expertise, and long-term partnerships, and they are now seeking a dedicated Account Manager to enhance client experience and maximise the portfolio results.
THE DAY TO DAY.
This role sees you managing and nurturing relationships with existing strata companies while identifying opportunities to expand the business. Strata managers will be your advocates, helping introduce the company’s services to strata committees for new business opportunities.
Reporting to the Head of New Business, you will handle incoming business inquiries, prepare templated new business proposals, and oversee client communication and the onboarding process. You will also be responsible for briefing and educating potential new clients, which are B2B (Strata companies) and B2C Owners' committees on the product, which may include attending a few late-night Zoom meetings per month at AGMs.
We are looking for someone who is a true social butterfly, as the company hosts many events and regularly attends industry functions such as UDIA, Property Council, and SCA events.
**There is no cold calling, but you will focus on nurturing and expanding new business relationships over time, leveraging referrals and industry connections.

- Competitive salary: $100,000 - $125,000 + Superannuation.
- Generous performance bonuses: Paid Bi-annually circa $25-35K.
THE PERSON.
- Previous experience in the Property & Building Industry, in a client facing role e.g. Strata Management, Building Management, Property Management or Executive Assistant
- A natural people person who thrives on building meaningful relationships and enjoys networking.
- Flexibility to attend evening meetings and industry events, approximately three per month.
- Ability to command a room of up to 20 people (you will present in from of groups when you visit clients)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, this is not a pure sales/client-facing role, there is a strong administration component.
