About the role
Our three-year Engineering Graduate Program kicks off in February 2026 and is designed to give you hands-on experience across a broad range of technical and commercial areas. You’ll get exposure to a variety of projects and critical business functions – including Construction, Safety, Procurement, Scheduling, Tendering, Quality and Environmental, Financial, Commercial and Design – to help you develop into a well-rounded engineering professional.
You won’t be stuck behind a desk. You’ll be on-site, solving real problems, learning from experienced engineers and highly skilled tradespeople, and seeing the direct impact of your work. You’ll be supported every step of the way – and yes, you’ll be challenged. You’ll tackle real-world problems, test your ideas, learn from setbacks, and celebrate success with a team that has your back.
At the end of your three-year program, you’ll have a clear sense of where your strengths lie and what motivates you. You’ll have built a strong foundation of skills to step confidently into your post-graduate role as a Site Project Engineer - and beyond!
This role will involve regular project site-based work across South Australia and interstate, so you will need to happy working away from home. You will align your work hours with the project site rosters – this is usually 11 days on-site/3 days home, but the roster could vary from project to project.
About you
You're a recent or soon-to-be graduate in Electrical or Civil Engineering, ready to launch a career that goes beyond the office. You enjoy being out in the field on project sites - learning on the job and making things happen.
You’re someone who:
- Is hands-on, practical, and thrives in dynamic project environments
- Loves learning and applying new ideas to solve real problems
- Communicates clearly and works well with a range of people
Eligibility criteria include:
- A bachelor’s degree in civil or electrical engineering (graduated within the past 2 years or completing by end of 2025)
- A current Australian driver’s licence (full or probationary)
- Willingness and ability to work away on project sites across SA and interstate on a roster basis (usually 11/3 roster)
