What You’ll Do
Lead creative strategy that aligns with business goals and performance metrics.
Own and evolve brand identity across digital, social, tech, and retail touchpoints.
Deliver high-fidelity mock-ups, responsive layouts, and interactive prototypes in Figma, Framer, or Webflow.
Design EDMs, landing pages, and ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Display.
Conduct UX audits and lead best-practice discussions with C-level stakeholders.
Align creative with performance marketing strategies for B2B, D2C, and marketplaces.
Integrate AI tools; Lovable (functional front-end prototypes), Midjourney, VEO 3, ChatGPT) for rapid ideation, asset creation, and testing.
What You’ll Bring
Strong UI/UX design portfolio with shipped digital products.
3+ years in design, branding, or creative leadership (agency or client-side).
Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects a plus).
Proven client management skills — fluent in digital, CX, and UX.
Experience with user flows, UX strategy artifacts, and usability testing.
Strong grasp of responsive design, accessibility, and CRO.
Comfortable with AI-assisted design workflows.
Nice to Have:
Motion/animation skills, Tailwind/React familiarity, strong microcopy skills.
