We’re looking for a Senior Visual Graphic Designer to lead the end-to-end execution of digital, packaging, and content design across our brands.

You’ll bring bold creative energy, clean and compliant design instincts, and a strong sense of visual storytelling. This is the ideal role for someone who can concept, design, and deliver across channels—while keeping a sharp eye on commercial and regulatory detail.

What You’ll Do

Brand & Design Leadership

Lead multiple design projects, ensuring brand consistency across touchpoints

Build, manage, and evolve visual brand assets and guidelines

Stay ahead of wellness/beauty design trends and bring fresh thinking

Create artwork for retail and practitioner channel promotional needs across all brands

Ensure compliance with packaging claims and regulations (TGA/FSANZ)

Digital & Motion Design

Design digital assets for websites, eDMs, ads, and social media

Design webinar and seminar digital invitations

Video editing and repurposing of video content for brand storytelling and campaigns

Retouch product/still-life imagery

Design and update content in CMS platforms (Shopify, WordPress, Figma)

Collaborate with digital and marketing teams for cohesive visual rollout

Packaging & Print

Design compelling, technically sound packaging across SKUs

Produce POS, brochures, and print marketing materials

Infographic design visualising complex scientific concepts

Translate scientific/technical content into easy-to-digest visuals

Design assets for whitepapers, presentations, and retail decks

Deliver pre-press-ready files for packaging and print

Strategic Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing team, accepting clear briefs and applying compelling visual design.

Liaise with the regulatory and sales teams to bring compliant, retail-ready design

Contribute to creative ideation for campaigns and launches

What You Bring

● Degree or certification in Graphic Design or equivalent

● 5+ years’ experience in a fast-paced design or creative studio role

● Advanced Adobe CC skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

● Experience with CMS platforms (Shopify, WordPress, Figma)

● Solid folio demonstrating both conceptual and production work

● Ability to simplify complex technical or scientific content

● Understanding of packaging regulations (TGA/FSANZ claims)

● Comfortable with project management tools (Wrike)

● Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication skills

● Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset

Ideally you also bring:

● Experience in wellness, supplements, beauty, or health categories

● Exposure to packaging compliance and regulated markets

● Previous involvement in NPD or product innovation teams
