Screw Piling Operator – Residential & Light Commercial Projects

As a Screw Piling Operator at A Team Earthmoving QLD, you’ll be directly involved in the installation of screw piles for residential and light commercial construction projects. You’ll work closely with a skilled team to ensure each job is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

What You’ll Be Doing

Operating screw piling machinery and equipment on-site

Following engineering drawings and specifications to carry out installations accurately

Assisting with site preparation and setup for piling activities

Ensuring all work complies with safety standards and procedures

Communicating with team members to coordinate tasks and resolve issues

Maintaining equipment and reporting any faults or maintenance needs

Supporting the team to meet project timelines and quality expectations

What We’re Looking For

Experience in screw piling or similar construction roles (e.g., concreting, earthmoving) with a HR Truck licence minimum.

Ability to read and understand basic engineering plans

Familiarity with screw piling equipment and installation techniques

Strong work ethic and reliability

Good communication and teamwork skills

Commitment to safety and attention to detail

Relevant tickets or certifications (e.g., White Card, machinery operation tickets)
