So what’s the gig?

We’re after a Screw Pile Installer / Excavator Offsider to work alongside our experienced operators on-site. You’ll be learning from the best while doing real work—setting up sites, handling materials, assisting machine operation, and keeping things moving smoothly.

If you’ve got grit, a strong back, and the drive to level up, this could be the start of something big.

What you’ll be doing

Supporting our excavation crew with on-site labour and logistics

Getting your hands dirty (literally) preparing sites and moving materials

Looking after tools and gear so everything runs sweet

Helping with gear maintenance (bonus if you’re mechanically minded)

Travelling to a range of job sites—so no two days are the same

The kind of person we’re after

You’ve got your own transport and a manual licence

Strong, fit, and up for hard yakka

Solid English—confident enough to speak up and ask questions

Hands-on, like fixing things, and don’t freeze when something breaks

Works well solo and in a team

Rock-solid work ethic—shows up ready to go

White Card or construction experience (bonus, not essential)

Computer skills? Nice to have. Willingness to learn? Even better.
