Civil Project Manager – Subdivisions & Infrastructure
Location: Project stretchers from Eight Mile Plains( QLD) to Lismore(NSW)
Salary: $140,000 – $170,000 + Super + UTE
Hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm | Overtime expected

The Role
As a Civil Project Manager, you will oversee 1–2 subdivision and infrastructure projects at a time, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to specification. You’ll act as the bridge between project engineers and senior management, with senior authority to make key decisions on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution
• Manage project teams and subcontractors to achieve targets
• Ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System
• Build and maintain strong client and authority relationships
• Monitor costs and report daily, weekly, and monthly
• Procure plant, equipment, and materials
• Develop, review, and approve Management Plans and SWMSs

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in civil construction projects, ideally subdivisions, land development, bulk earthworks, or lot grading
• Expertise in earthworks, roads, pavements, structures, and civil infrastructure
• Experience liaising with councils and service authorities
• Strong client relationship and subcontractor management skills
• Solid contract and people management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Job Pack, and SAP
