A well-established civil contractor with a strong pipeline of work across SEQ is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of projects ranging from $1M to $30M+.

With a reputation for practical solutions, timely delivery, and repeat clients across the public and private sectors, this is an opportunity to take real ownership and influence outcomes.

This role would suit someone looking to step up from a Project Engineer position, or a Project Manager wanting more autonomy and exposure to business operations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Overseeing end-to-end delivery of civil infrastructure projects ($1M–$30M+)
• Managing programming, procurement, budgets, and delivery milestones
• Leading site teams, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards are met
• Managing variations, claims, and extensions of time (EOTs)
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and councils

What we’re looking for:

• Experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer delivering civil infrastructure projects in Australia
• Proven ability to manage people, programs, and budgets
• Strong understanding of local authority specifications and TMR standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Civil Engineering degree or equivalent
