About the Position

Currently an opportunity exists for a Production Estimator to join their team in a newly created role due to growth! Responsibilities include:

Prepare accurate BOQs and purchase orders

Estimate materials, labour, and subcontractor costs

Read and interpret building plans and specifications

Work closely with drafting and construction teams to ensure accuracy

Update pricing and supplier info as needed

Skills and Experience

Suitable candidates must demonstrate

Experience within a residential estimating position

Experience as a Production Estimator within a volume building environment advantageous

Able to work in a fast paced environment

Great attention to detail
