The Role

The Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full lifecycle of large-scale construction projects.

Monitor financial performance and timelines, ensuring key targets are achieved.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Requirements

Stability with previous employers

Previous experience with a well-known commercial builder.

Minimum 3 years previous experience in a Site Manager role within commercial construction overseeing projects valued $20m+.
