About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Clinic Coordinator / Receptionist to join our passionate team at First Skin and Body in North Adelaide. This part-time role (3-5 days per week) will be responsible for providing exceptional front-of-house and administrative support to our growing skin and beauty clinic. What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming clients in a friendly and professional manner

Managing the clinic's reception area and telephone enquiries

Scheduling appointments and maintaining the clinic's booking system

Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring they are well-stocked and clean

Assisting with retail sales and inventory management

Providing general administrative support, including filing and data entry

Ensuring excellent customer service and a positive client experience

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar customer service or receptionist role, ideally within the hair, beauty or health industries

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients in a warm and professional manner

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail

Confident in using a range of office software, including scheduling and booking systems

A genuine interest in the skin and beauty industry and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service

A friendly, positive and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
