About Us
We are committed to delivering quality services to our NDIS and Aged Care participants, and we're looking for a motivated professional to join our team as a Support Worker.
About the Opportunity
We’re hiring two (2) compassionate, skilled full-time Support Workers to provide in-home and community support to NDIS participants in the Liverpool area, NSW. You’ll deliver person-centred care that promotes independence, safety, and quality of life.
What you’ll do
Provide safe personal care, medication prompts/assistance within scope, and manual handling/transfers.
Implement care plans and therapy programs; complete accurate progress notes.
Support community access, appointments, and activities of daily living.
Escalate clinical concerns and follow risk and incident procedures.
About you
Minimum requirement: Certificate IV (e.g., Certificate IV in Disability Support / Ageing Support / Allied Health Assistance or equivalent)
Recent experience in disability/aged care or hospital/rehab setting
Confident with clinical routines and following care plans
Excellent communication, reliability, and professional boundaries
Current First Aid & CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and National Police Check
Valid driver licence and reliable, insured vehicle
Full Australian work rights.
Highly regarded experience
High Intensity Supports
Type 1 Diabetes management (insulin administration, BGL monitoring, hypo/hyper management)
Rehabilitative care (therapy programs, goal-based supports)
Pressure area care & wound management (prevention, monitoring, documentation)
