We are a premium hair extension and salon group with a thriving e-commerce arm, now expanding internationally. As we grow, we are seeking an experienced Finance Manager / Bookkeeper to oversee our financial operations, both domestically and abroad, and ensure our systems scale with our business.

About the Role
You will be responsible for:

End-to-end bookkeeping for both salon and e-commerce operations

Cashflow forecasting and financial planning

Payroll processing and compliance

Preparing management reports to support strategic decision-making

BAS preparation and lodgement

Managing leases, insurances, and associated documentation

Ensuring compliance with international tax laws and assisting with global market entry requirements

Supporting financial strategy for international scaling and cross-border transactions

About You

Degree in finance, accounting or related field

Proven experience in bookkeeping and finance management, preferably in e-commerce

BAS

Experience with international business operations, including knowledge of overseas tax laws, import/export requirements, and currency management

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB or similar)

Experience with Shopify a plus

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently

A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on scaling processes effectively

Location: Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast
Hours: Part-time – approx. 25-30 hours/week
Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience
