Join Quality Telco, a Perth-based provider delivering high-speed fibre to newly built homes across the metro area. Full-time role, paid at ABN rates starting from $40/hr. Be part of a supportive team installing and connecting fibre on greenfield projects.

About the Role

Install and connect fibre optic cables in newly built houses (greenfield sites) which includes installing fibre cables from fibre multiport at street to NBN pits outside house and then further to external wall of house and installation of internal fibre cables and activating the service

Work to safety standards and follow all relevant procedures

Must be register or willing to register with Enable (National Broadband Network) and complete all mandatory accreditation

Marking up photos and providing full report of any issue, may arise prohibiting to activate the service

Working with staff by providing sufficient information to enable staff to close the job in system

Be responsible for making sure the job is completed as per NBN standards.

Requirements (Essential)

Current driver’s licence

White Card

Open cabling registration

Traffic management accreditation

Willingness to obtain further telecommunications accreditations

Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
