With a proven history of delivering landmark projects that shape the city’s skyline, this company is known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and above all — safety. They are now seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to join their growing team.

As Safety Advisor, you will be reporting directly to the HSE Director, giving you a direct line to senior decision-making and the opportunity to influence safety across major projects. You’ll be embedded on site, working closely with project managers, site supervisors, trades, and subcontractors to ensure high-rise builds meet the highest safety standards

Key responsibilities

Conduct safety inspections, audits, and toolbox talks across active high-rise sites.

Identify hazards and implement effective control measures.

Ensure compliance with Victorian WHS legislation and company policies.

Deliver safety training and mentoring for staff and subcontractors.

Assist with incident investigations and champion continuous safety improvement.

To apply for this role you will be:

Minimum Cert IV in Work Health & Safety (or higher).

Experienced in construction safety, ideally with high-rise or multi-storey projects.

Have a strong knowledge of Victorian / Australian WHS legislation and industry best practice.

A confident communicator who can engage all levels of the workforce.

Proactive, detail-focused, and committed to fostering a safety-first culture.
