About Us
Parkwood Hardware located in Canning Vale is looking to appoint a Part Time Accounts/Admin Assistant to join our busy team.
About the Role
Permanent Part Time 2 days per week.
Either Tues - Wed 8.00am - 4.00pm OR Wed - Thurs 8.00am - 4.00pm
Also happy to consider 3 days per week Tues/Wed/Thurs - School Hours 9.00am - 2.30pm. We can be flexible to suit the right person.
Answering incoming phone calls and directing calls as required.
Greeting customers and visitors.
Monitoring Emails.
Administrative Support.
Accounts Payable & Receivable assistance.
Filing/Archiving.
Preparation of Client Quotes.
General Adhoc Office tasks.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
Plumbing Knowledge would also be a distinct advantage.
Willing to train the right person.
Enthusiastic can-do attitude.
Excellent time management skills.
Triumph Accounting experience an advantage.
