Supply Chain Administrator – 8 Month Contract (Hybrid)
Melbourne CBD – $77k + Super (Pro-Rata)

Our client is seeking an organised, detail-focused Supply Chain Administrator to join our Melbourne team on an 8-month contract with potential to extend.

The role

  • Provide admin support across supply chain, transport, and warehouse functions
  • Daily load planning and paperwork management for warehouses/3PLs
  • Process transactions, maintain transport routes, and complete invoicing
  • Conduct cycle counts, investigate stock discrepancies, and produce reports

About you

  • Experience in supply chain, transport, or logistics admin
  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs) and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of Australian cities/regions is an advantage

The offer

  • $77k + super pro-rata (8 months)
  • Hybrid – 4 days in office, 1 WFH (CBD location)
