About the Role
We’re currently seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our afternoon management team.

This is a hands-on role working closely with both the General Manager and Business Owner. We’re looking for someone proactive, reliable, and detail-focused, with strong leadership skills and a background in cold chain logistics or transport operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations

Manage and support the warehouse team

Process customer orders and complete accurate data entry

Maintain accurate documentation and stock control records

Assist with quality control and compliance

Down-stacking and physical stock handling (some heavy lifting required)

What We’re Looking For

Experience in operations or warehouse management within the transport or cold chain industry

Strong administration and data entry skills

Confident using Mac and Excel (Carton Cloud experience a bonus)

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Willingness to learn and get involved in all areas of the business

Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties

Positive attitude and team spirit – a good sense of humour is a plus!
