Our client is a fast-growing, purpose-led consultancy with a loyal APAC client base and global impact. As they expand across the region, they’re seeking an experienced Commercial Finance & Operations Manager to lead finance in a greenfield environment.

Reporting to the executive team, you’ll build and lead the finance function, driving operational excellence and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading all financial operations, cash flow, and reporting
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and commercial decision-making
• Partnering across the business to improve productivity and profitability
• Establishing robust financial processes and delivering business insights
• Driving scalability and operational efficiency across functions
  
  

About You

You’re a CA/CPA-qualified Finance professional with:

• Experience in consulting, media or professional services environments
• Proven ability to build systems and processes in a scale-up or evolving business
• Strength in FP&A, business partnering, project accounting, pricing and commercial advisory
• A collaborative, agile mindset and purpose-driven approach to work
