As we continue our growth across Australia and the APAC region, we are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Finance Manager to join our country leadership team and help drive the business forward.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager (Australia) with a dotted line to the APAC Regional Finance lead, the Finance Manager will be responsible for the financial operations of our Australian business. You’ll oversee financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, compliance, and support strategic decision-making with commercial insights.

This is a hands-on role that combines day-to-day financial management with the opportunity to influence broader business strategy and performance.

This role is well suited to someone wanting to take the next step in their finance career who can demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full financial function for Australia, including monthly reporting, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in line with global and local objectives

Ensure compliance with Australian financial regulations, tax obligations, and internal controls

Support cost-saving initiatives, pricing strategies, and margin analysis

Partner with sales, operations, and global finance to support business growth and operational efficiency

Oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and financial systems (with external support as needed)

Familiar with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills

Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and government bodies as required

About You

Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (CPA/CA qualification preferred)

Strong understanding of Australian accounting standards and compliance requirements

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

·Experience working in a manufacturing, logistics, or product-based business a plus

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
