Central Steel Build is looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our team and help shape the future of our dynamic steel manufacturing business. This is more than just a finance role — it’s about connecting numbers to action, driving performance, and making a real impact across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead month-end, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Partner with operational teams to drive performance and accountability
• Support continuous improvement and business problem-solving
• Deliver accurate financial analysis and reporting, and monitor financial risks
• Build strong relationships across the business and bring finance into every key decision
• Drive system and process improvements to streamline reporting and budgeting
• Mentor and develop a direct report, fostering a positive and motivated culture

About You

• CA or CPA qualified (or working towards it)
• 3+ years’ experience in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Started in a CA firm or have relevant industry/commercial experience
• Commercially savvy with strong analytical and modelling skills
• Confident translating data into meaningful business insights
• Resilient, curious, and capable of juggling competing priorities
• An excellent communicator, comfortable engaging across all levels
• High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Knowledge of NetSuite is desirable
• Advanced Excel skills are a must
