Our client provides an advocacy service to those who are vulnerable in the community. They are a not-for-profit, independent and have over 30 years' experience in supporting and improving the well-being of our seniors and those with a disability in the community.

They now have an exciting opportunity for a Contact Centre Officer to assist in their Intake Team assisting to support and help their clients navigate a scope of services.

The Role

• Contact Centre experience required to assist customers with their enquiries
• Provide information and individual advocacy support to eligible clients
• Ensure all information and services provided are consistent and compliant with relevant legislation and quality standards for compliance
• Managing inbound calls and follow up outbound calls
• Case management support
• Reporting to the Intake Team Leader

What you will bring to the role

• Contact Centre experience
• Team Player
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Confident liaising at all levels both verbally and in writing with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and simple manner
• Knowledge of aged care, disability programs or similar viewed favorably
• Able to understand and apply legislation, policies and procedures

If successful you will need to obtain the following:

• Pre-employment National Criminal History Certificate
• Must have unrestricted working rights to apply for this role
