In this high-volume, call centre-based role, you'll be the first point of contact for our client's valued customers and clients. You'll use their internal systems to assist them with their orders and general enquiries, primarily over the phone and via email. Your excellent communication and administrative skills will be key to your success in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone you interact with.

What You'll Bring:

Experience: A background as a Customer Service Officer or in an administrative role is essential. Experience in a call centre or an admin officer background is highly regarded.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

Great administrative skills and attention to detail.

Licences & Tickets:

A current Driver's Licence and reliable transport.

Ability to pass a medical and police check before commencement.

The Details:

Pay Rate: $36.36 per hour.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
